Our construction management team takes renewable projects from development through construction to COD. We don’t just supervise construction – we optimise every project by balancing capex, opex and energy yield through rigorous technical analyses and close collaboration with our investment and asset management teams. We run procurement processes comprehensively, leveraging our supplier relationships, purchasing power and proprietary contract templates. And we make sure all parties involved work together proactively to deliver the project on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards.

Our financial team aims at optimising assets during operations, but can also assist in elaborating and executing a financing strategy to ensure funding for the construction phase.
Our financial asset management team can assist Investors throughout the entire deal lifecycle of a renewable energy investment: sourcing opportunities, coordinating due diligence, raising financing and executing deals.
After CoD we focus on the operational excellence of assets as well as assess optimisation and project expansion opportunities. We also assist our clients in the preparation and execution of exit strategies.
