Successful financing of Kleczew Solar & Wind

We are pleased to share the news about closing the financing of Kleczew Solar & Wind, one of the largest private investments in renewable energies in Poland and within the CEE region managed by Ergy.
 
Ergy has been appointed by Lewandpol Group as asset manager and lead advisor in the construction of one of the largest hybrid farms in CEE, consisting of 193 MWp solar energy and ca. 12 MW wind energy located in Greater Poland, in Kleczew Commune and its surroundings. Kleczew Solar & Wind is an important stepping-stone towards green transition in Poland.
 
The financing of the project includes PLN 776 m of senior facilities, with ING Bank Śląski acting as facility agent, and PKO Bank Polski and mBank as co-financing banks as well as an additional PLN 90 m subordinated financing secured from Polski Fundusz Rozwoju. The total financing raised amounts to PLN 866 m, ca. EUR 180 m.

It goes without saying that without the profound commitment and impressive professionalism of all the parties involved in this transaction, the resulting investment and positive environmental impact would not be possible.
